FINING AND AGEING The wine ripens on the skins from the end of September to the end of April, with frequent bâtonnages

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR Straw-yellow with greenish highlights
BOUQUET Charming bouquet of white flowers and fruit with notes of ripe pears and banana
TASTE Fresh and smooth in the mouth. Long finish
ALCOHOL 12.5% vol
LONGEVITY A couple of years if stored correctly, far from light, in dry and constant temperature
SERVING TEMPERATURE Serve at 10-12°C
FOOD PAIRINGS Excellent as an aperitif or with vegetable-based appetizers and soups. Very pleasant with steamed or baked fish
