VINIFICATION

HARVEST Green harvest of the grapes is carried out in July, leaving 7-8 bunches per vine. Normal harvest is carried out in the beginning of October.
FERMENTATION MACERATION Fermentation is carried out in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 15 days.
FINING | AGING Fining takes place between 8-12 months in French barrique and big barrel, finishing in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR Ruby red with good intensity.
NOSE The bouquet is very typical of the Barbera, showing notes of red, ripe fruit like raspberry with delicate toasted notes.
TASTE The palate is balanced and shows a complex and full-bodied character. Great connection with the nose, reminding you of the deep red fruit.
