VINIFICATION
HARVEST | Harvest by hand around mid September. Selected grapes only. Green harvest in July: 6-7 bunches are left on each vine |
FERMENTATION MACERATION | Constant temperature in stainless steel vats. The process takes 5 days and is completed in oak casks |
FINING AND AGEING | Malolactic fermentation is completed in oak casks. The wine ages 8-12 months in Slavonian oak casks |
