VINIFICATION

HARVEST Green harvest of the grapes is carried out in July, leaving 6-7 bunches per vine. Normal harvest is carried out mid-September.
FERMENTATION MACERATION The wine undergoes fermentation for 5-6 days in temperature controlled stainless steel vats.
FINING | AGING The wine ages for at least 6 months in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR Ruby red with purple highlights.
NOSE Notes of plum, blackberry, black pepper, cocoa, and violet.
TASTE The palate is dry, with a medium to full body. The wine is fruity, fresh, and has relatively low tannins. Delicate red fruits come through matching the bouquet profile.
