VINIFICATION

HARVEST Green harvest of the grapes is carried out in July, leaving 4-6 bunches per vine. Normal harvest is done towards the middle of October.
FERMENTATION MACERATION Fermentation is carried out in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, lasting between 8-10 days to keep the concentration of fruit and complexity.
AGING 6-8 months in Slavonian oak.

COLOR Ruby red with orange highlights.
NOSE Floral, rose and berries with a light spice finish.
TASTE Intense, full-bodied flavor with a lasting finish.
